At READDY ANNNA, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling or rescheduling your tattoo appointment, as well as our refund procedures. We aim to be fair and transparent in all our dealings.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as early as possible. The following terms apply:

| More than 48 hours before appointment | Full refund of any advance or deposit paid. |
| 24 to 48 hours before appointment | 50% of the advance or deposit will be refunded. The remaining 50% is retained to cover design preparation and scheduling costs. |
| Less than 24 hours before appointment | No refund of the advance or deposit, as the artist's time and preparation cannot be recovered at short notice. |
We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be treated as a cancellation under the terms above, and a new booking will need to be made.
If you do not arrive for your appointment without prior notice, the full advance or deposit will be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to pay a higher advance for future bookings.
If you have prepaid for a tattoo session or package:
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you to arrange an alternative.
