1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the READDY ANNNA website and our tattoo studio services. By using our website or booking a tattoo session, you agree to these terms. READDY ANNNA is a permanent tattoo studio located at 1b, Dover Lane, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata, West Bengal - 700029, India.

2. Services

READDY ANNNA provides permanent tattoo services at our physical studio in Kolkata. We offer custom tattoo design, tattooing, and aftercare guidance. All tattoo work is performed in-studio only. We do not provide tattoo services remotely or at off-site locations.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo at our studio. We may request a valid government-issued photo ID to verify your age. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances, including with parental or guardian consent.

4. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments can be booked via our website booking form, WhatsApp, phone, or in person.
• Walk-ins are welcome subject to artist availability.
• For larger or custom pieces, we recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance.
• Booking a consultation does not guarantee a specific date or time until confirmed by our team.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on our website are approximate starting prices and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Final pricing is determined during your consultation based on design complexity, size, placement, and number of sessions required.
• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and UPI payments.
• For multi-session projects, payment is collected per session.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Repeated no-shows without notice may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you promptly.

7. Health and Safety

• You must inform your artist of any skin conditions, allergies, medical conditions, or medications before your session.
• We use single-use disposable needles and hospital-grade sterilization for all equipment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk to you.
• Tattooing involves inherent risks including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reactions, and infection. By proceeding with a tattoo, you acknowledge these risks.

8. Aftercare Responsibility

We provide aftercare instructions after every session. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions for proper healing. READDY ANNNA is not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidelines, exposure to unsanitary conditions, or pre-existing medical conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All custom tattoo designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of READDY ANNNA unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may use photographs of completed tattoos for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

10. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content. Prices, availability, and services may change without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, READDY ANNNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
